Warm-up:
500m row, followed by 10 perfect push-ups
5 Minutes of Rack position work
Then, 5x5 HPC on an empty bar
Workout:
Hang power clean 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
Compare to 061229.
Cool-down:
5 x 10 reps on the reverse hyper

Dropped weight afterwards to work on form some more, but still have a tendancy to land on my toes and back from where I start. Footwork strikes again.

Both times that I only got a single rep was mostly due to me thinking about it for too long and not getting out of my head.

Started to drop the weight between each HPC around 140 because my left shoulder started to gripe some due to lack of a smooth decent to the Hang position. Fail on 145 was due to weight being too far out in front. Form started getting ugly at 155 so I stopped. But it is a pretty substantial PR. Previous 1RM was 135, as far as I can tell.

95-115-135-135-135-140-145. Was losing the hook grip on 2d and 3d reps towards the end
