B: 24:30. Lower back not liking that one, had trouble making the box jumps in the last round. Dr. Lower and Lesha both put in a fine effort this morning.

B) 22:21-hands ripped at the end of round 2, so round 3 was a careful 'one at a time' go on pull-ups:)
This should make 13.5 very interesting.
