Split Jerk: 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 E2MOM B. 4 rounds for time of: 8 double push-up burpee double pull-ups 4 split jerk 165/115 RX+ 205/140 (55 and over 125/80) 200m sprint Cool Down: Accumulate 2 minutes L-sit hold on parallettes or rings Accumulate 25-50 ring dips or 25-50 KB or DB push-ups with arms in dip position (can break up the cool down sets going back and forth)

Two awesome CFHSV athletes that also happen to be an awesome couple! Way to represent and promote the CrossFit family concept.

All the morning classes motivated me so much that I had to do this WOD. No one was late today and everyone pushed hard in the WOD. All a Coach can ask for.
