Jada in his spot at the back of the rig going hard and showin CFHSV how it’s done. Jada does CrossFit right. He trains hard, he trains smart, and he’s able to enjoy life to the fullest outside the gym.

Congrats to Jada for advancing to the Qualifiers for the 3rd straight year. This is a rare feat and a testament to his consistency and well roundedness as an athlete. Keep reppin’ buddy!!

Oh yeah! Jada is a true testament that hard work, dedication and consistency pay off in so many ways. He has been a pillar in our CFHSV community for as long as I can remember, always kind and encouraging to his fellow athletes and always looking out for others. HPC & S2O = 95-115-145-155-165-175- failed 185 3 times. Can’t lock out right arm but made up for in in Core and Handstand work.

YAY= 1st time able to do handstand hold on wall since blow-out and surgery = 5 sets 3sec handstand hold on wall. Get some and don’t give up!
