That’s a solid set up right there. Suzanne is always focused when it’s time to lift. Suzanne brings a lot of life to the gym when she shows up. She’s totally dialed in when it’s time to GO but before and after she’s all about the people around her. She’s a great friend and always there to support, motivate, or cheer you on. She’s worked very hard and become a really well rounded athlete. Once she decides to accomplish a goal you can consider it done. Always enjoy seeing Suzanne and sharing some laughs before she throws down CFHSV style. Keep it up Suzanne 😊

Suzanne is looking strong and focused on that SDHP set-up. She is always seeking to improve her own fitness and technique, but she's quick to put others first, and she's happy to share a laugh, provide encouragement, and to help her friends, too. I'm always glad to get to be in the same class as Suzanne 💛

Suzanne! Locked and loaded to rep out those SDHP! This woman is an athlete! She is always working… before, during and after class. She seeks answers and constantly fine tunes her form and technique. She is strong! More than an athlete, Suzanne is just an awesome person. I love the random conversations we have and the laughs we share. She is so kind to everyone and always encouraging! Suzanne truly makes CFHSV a better place.
