CJVK! He’s a great guy and awesome training partner. He brings so much energy and friendly banter to any room he walks into. Open gym is not nearly as fun without him there to crack jokes and give you a hard time. He works incredibly hard and is one of the most well rounded athletes I know. Keep up the awesome work Champ!

I did this 5 Apr 2021 after a long break. I think I did at least 50-60 reps better this year.
