1. Tracey thank you for the coaching this morning, it was great as usual.
2. Kim, I am going to have a hard time wearing the shirt, because it brings a tear to my eye. Just so proud of you and being part of this experience. The open was many things to many people, but your grit through ALL of the WODs was inspiring. Seeing you fight for every rep, PR weights, and never give up... humbling! There were a lot of heroes for me, but I think the best part of it was the sense of team that I felt. Not a single WOD did I finish without high-fives, congrats, and fist bumps! For me 14.5 was heavy hearted... I had just said good-bye to my best friend in a most unexpected manner. Lucy Martha Eleanor was with me through so much, and I know she led a good life. But, as I type this with the snoring Dudley by my feet, I realize that Lucy, albeit special and amazing, gave me the gift of being able to love unconditionally. And without CFHSV, Dudley would not have been possible, and he really is too perfect!
3. Dennis Berry - wow! just WOW! you are an incredible athlete and coach. Can we get shirts that say "We are coached by the XX fittest 45-49 year old man alive!" Seriously, so proud of you!!!!
4. I kept it light today as it was really the first time back in what seemed like FOREVER!

This is why keeping a journal is fun... My 3rd WOD I ever did back in October was row sprints. On my 500M rows I did 2:26/2:19. It's nice to see results in black and white!
Congratulations CoachDB! I am very proud and honored to be coached by you.
