Merry Christmas CFHSV cause we got Joe on the site demonstrating a beautiful KBS. Joe has a lot of attitude but a bigger heart. He makes a lot of the decisions behind the scenes at CFHSV. He works hard too. Joe hand painted the running lines in the parking lot one Sunday night to our surprise. He loves running those lines now. It’s the little things that he does that many aren’t aware of. He’s got an iron fist and a heart of gold and we’re glad he’s back with us cause those lines need some touch up work. Welcome home friend!

Nothing better than walking through the door and seeing Joe Ritch! Great to have him back holding court at 7:00AM. If you don’t know Joe you should, amazing what all he has done for the city of Huntsville and surrounding area. If you go way back he coached the UAH hockey team, and I hear there are lots of stories there…

Man, what an awesome sight to see! Joe showing up and showing out, like he’s done for so many years at CFHSV. This man knows what he wants, does what he wants, and makes everyone fall in love with him along the way. He’s incredibly kind and generous, and he keeps everyone smiling with his quick wit and great sense of humor. Joe is a pillar of the 7am, and it’s just not the same without him. Everybody loves Joe, as they should ☺️

Joe Ritch: the economic impact this professional has delivered to Huntsville and the Tennessee Valley is almost immeasurable. It would take a lot of zeroes to quantify! A goodly number of us in the city indirectly owe our livelihoods, professional and personal opportunities, and overall standard of living here due to years of behind-the-scenes work by Joe and his colleagues. Always glad to see him at the box getting after it.

Joe! What an awesome pic! One thing is true… it’s always a great day when we see this guy walk through the door! It’s been so awesome to have him back in the gym. He is funny, kind and does a great job regulating the 7am class! Love that he’s showing off the standard of the kettlebell swing and wish we could have him demonstrate for every class! Joe, keep showing up and making our day!

I have known Joe since 1977. And there was always one rule. The rule was, whatever you do, "Don't mess with Joe !". Just ask Nate or Kyle. That being said, I want to know who photo shopped that kettlebell Joe is swinging in the picture. I know he was swinging at least 24 KG and the kettlebell in that picture looks like 6 KG ! Nate, was it you ?

Yes, it is great to have him back at 7 am, but watch out if he offers to spot you on bench press !
