Kiley ain’t afraid of the pain cave. She’s been impressive since day one. She goes hard and smiles big. The combo of working hard and enjoying the journey has made for gains across the board. She’s absolutely relentless until the last second and it’s awesome to watch. Kiley enjoys her friends and the camaraderie of CrossFit while maximizing her time in the gym to maintain her overall fitness. She’s also one of many ‘couples’ at CFHSV that share in their pursuit of staying Cross-Fit together. You’re a rock star young lady 😊

Kiley! This woman can hold on to the pull-up bar FOREVER! She jumped up, closed her eyes and then played a tough mental game of mind over matter. It was definitely impressive to watch! Kiley has been consistent in her training since the day she walked in the door. She has gotten stronger, faster and more well rounded month after month. She's got four little ones who are nipping at her heels and I am so lucky to get to see them throw down at CrossFit Kids! Great family and awesome athletes! Kiley, keep making those footprints for everyone to follow!

Man, I love this photo. It perfectly captures what makes Kiley such a stud. She’s a total animal and isn’t afraid of the pain. She’ll grind through any WOD and claw her way to the finish line no matter how bad it hurts. She’s motivated, determined, and knows how to work. Keep killing it, Kiley!!
