Big CONGRATULATIONS to all the individuals and teams that participated in Mayham on the Mountian this weekend from CFHSV! There was a lot of fitness on display with toughness, strength and speed, all in effort and fun under the sun. Great job everyone!

Also a big THANK YOU to all the friends and families that were there for support, encouragement, and loud cheers! There was a large presence from CFHSV that made the whole weekend a lot of fun for everyone with lots of stories and memories made.

Man I sure did enjoy watching everyone compete at mayhem on Saturday and Sunday. I don’t know how you all dealt with the heat. There was a lot of support for our teams.
