Brent standing tall at the finish of a good rep, looking the bad to the bone CrossFitter that he is! It’s more than an understatement to say this dude is a natural athlete. He’s powerful, explosive, strong and skilled. He’s got the kind of athleticism that’s innate — you can’t teach what this guy has.
