I’m so thankful to call Regina my friend! She is absolutely one of the sweetest people I know! I appreciate her humble dedication to giving every Wod 100% effort every. single. time. Not even the clock stops her- if she doesn’t finish before cutoff then she stays afterwards. She just keeps going and going and going. I can’t say enough about how much I admire her!
