After 2 sick weeks off went to Crossfit Contender in Corpus Christi, TX and did Sprint DT @105 got 16:37....felt good to move again :)

I meant to give a BIG shout out yesterday to all those that came in and dominated their date with “DIANE” yesterday. What a fun Benchmark WOD and great group of classes.

I wanted to also congratulate Ron Wood on PRing Diane. He has been hitting it hard and dialing it in as of late and it showed.

Another big congratulations to Tracy Roberts as she smashed the WOD and is coming back strong on all levels.

A super huge “Thank You” to Jason Stivers for designing and building our new wall.

Lastly and worth much praise are Paul “The Duke” McCrary and Brad F’s Diane WOD times that made the Leaderboard. These two have been on fire as of late and are eating up anything CFHSV throws at them.

Keep hitting it hard CFHSV Athletes, do not let the Holiday’s disrupt your performance, consistency, nutrition, nor your good times.
