I am still so thankful for everything that CFHSV means and all of the awesome people I’ve met because of this fun little obsession - not to mention that I’ve discovered that Oly lifting is one of the most challenging and rewarding hobbies. B = WOD 14:34 -5min = 9:34 MRX with Doubles ([picked dubs, since we rowed o 18.1)
Fell apart on the 3rd round, I can tell I have been doing more pacing and the sprint sets flat out zapped me by the 3rd round. Hurt so good.
