Dang look at that stud! Brent is one bad to the bone athlete who has done it all and can still do it all. He is strong, skilled, and his natural athleticism is undeniable. He's hard working and motivated, but he doesn't let anything stifle his easy-going, laid back demeanor. Always a pleasure to be around Brent. Keep after it, dude! :)

B! Brent doin big things. Brent is strong and easy. He’s not just a natural athlete but a total freak of an athlete. He can do it all and that includes traditional sports at an elite level. He cruises through WODs half the time and the other half he pushes himself to the limit. He’s a smart athlete that knows when to flow and when to ‘send it’. Brent’s also super easy going and despite his stature he’s easy to miss because of how humbly he carries himself in the gym. He’s a grinder in and out of the gym and enjoys his fitness and friends with perfect balance. Stay easy Brent!
