8 rounds Rx @ 115. Probably should have gone a little heavier. My DUs seem quicker in sub-freezing temps :D

WOD RXd at 185 = 5rds + 30reps almost got a squat clean in.
Had to break twice on 3rd round and last round. Will continue and try to get bigger faster stronger and work top notch form/technique that is safety based. Basically everything CFHSV athletes and coaches do on a daily basis. You INSPIRE CFHSV.
