For total reps: With a 7 minute time limit: 750m row max reps shoulder press 95/65 (pull from floor to start) rest 3 minutes With a 7 minute time limit: 750m row max reps push press 135/95 (pull from floor to start) rest 3 minutes With a 7 minute time limit: 750m row max reps push jerk or split jerk 185/130 (pull from floor to start)

out of town this week. Worked in at the Reston CF and we did filthy fifty; 22:09 rx. I was off by 2 seconds from my pr. nice gym and people but just doesn't seem to bring the focus and intensity of our gym.

Looks like there were some impressive scores today at CFHSV....nice work all.
