Who let that man outa his cage? Shaf is loose and no weight is safe. Shaf has been pedal to the metal since joining. He hasn’t backed down from any wod no matter the approach - rx, scaled, rx+, masters, or a sexy combo - Shaf attacks and enjoys the ride. He’s got good intentions, max effort, an honest perspective, and leaves it all on the floor before his recovery on the bleachers. Shaf has made a seem-less transition from his previous gym to CFHSV. He was already strong and focused and he hasn’t slowed down for one sec since joining us. He’s a positive guy with a great sense of humor and pure intensity that’s contagious and fun to be around. Keep grinding young man cause you’re killin it!

Shaf looking like a total rockstar, slinging that dumbbell with ease. This man is a unique individual who is full of motivation, positive energy and drive. He walked through our doors ready to roll and he hasn't slowed down a bit since. He's a seasoned CrossFitter with many years of experience under his belt, but he still has a sincere desire to learn and grow as an athlete. He's always friendly, very coachable, and dedicated to his health and fitness. He's fun to talk to, easy to root for, and a good sport in every way.
