Scaled OHS to 115, should have scaled to 95. Had a couple embarrassing out burst, my apologies to my fellow 0600. Need to suck it up and scale more until I get my diet under control. I've been severly slacking with the sweets and it's finally caught up.

Here's an update for Basketball, thanks Misty for running everything down for us.

I would say lets just keep this year to Men's league. Just being honest here, but as a player who has played against coed teams in the past, if you're the guy with the assignment to guard the lady, you never really feel comfortable with it at all.

With that, we only have 6 guys that I know for a fact want to play; Myself, Nathaniel, Mac, Brandon McCraw, Lee Cordell and Randy. Phil Moyer, Josh Russell and Scott O'Hanian have expressed interest but weren't at the gym yesterday. If those three can play, we'll have 9 and I'll feel comfortable with that amount. In the event that all 9 show up, we should be able to have enough playing time for everyone, if we get upwards of 10-11, it can be a struggle in my experience.

For now, I need EVERYONE who CAN play to email me at [email protected] so we can take our discussion off the blog and onto email. We need to discuss a time for us to get together at least once before games begin (January 22nd) and we need to figure out uniforms as well. Please EMAIL ME!

Right now, I'm going to say for everyone to meet at Whitesburg Middle School basketball goals on Saturday at Noon (the weather is supposed to be mid 60's and they have a lot of goals there). Again, EMAIL ME please.
