Fierce and determined Kayla is not one to play with. I’ve learned that the hard way. She has gotten very serious about her training lately which has led to some super impressive gains considering she’s only been doing CrossFit for a little bit under 2 years. In and out of the gym, she puts in full effort to make sure she is the best version of herself with whatever she is doing, which is very admirable from my point of view. She continues to challenge me in every area of life and I am proud to be able to call her mine. I never thought I would find someone like her. I love you Kayla Brooke!

Kayla looking strong, determined, and in the zone! This lady showed up with a great attitude and ready to work, and she hasn't looked back since. She's sweet, friendly and always open to coaching and feedback. She's made big gains in all areas of her fitness, and I've got absolutely no doubt that she will continue to do so. She moves great, always strives for the standard, and isn't afraid to tackle new challenges. One heck of a young lady who we are proud to have at CFHSV! Keep after it, stud muffin! :)

Kayla about to drop the hammer on another WOD. Kayla is funny and sweet before and after WODs but she’s focused on the pain cave during the WOD. She’s been very smart about her training since joining us at CFHSV and made impressive gains along the way. Always enjoy trading laughs with Kayla, coaching her up, and watching her enjoy the gains. Kayla! Awesome pic of an awesome athlete. Kayla has made huge gains since walking into CFHSV! She has gone from shy and timid to determined and fierce. She works on weakness all the time and that’s why they are turning into strengths! She is dedicated and will keep making gains because of that. Getting stronger, faster and more skilled by the day!

I am very proud to be a CrossFit Huntsville athlete and for as long as I am able to keep showing up and showing out, I will. I wouldn’t be where I’m at today in my fitness without the help of the coaches, every single one of them has taught me something along the way and I can’t wait to continue doing what I love day in and day out.
