WOD: A. In 15 minutes, build up and achieve a 1RM Back Squat B. 6 minute AMRAP of: 800m run 10 back squats 135/95 or 115/80 or 95/65 max reps shoulder to overhead rest 2 minutes 4 minute AMRAP of: 400m run 10 back squats 135/95 or 115/80 or 95/65 max reps shoulder to overhead rest 2 minutes 3 minute AMRAP of: 200m run 5 back squats 135/95 or 115/80 or 95/65 max reps shoulder to overhead Score = total reps shoulder to overhead and load used REMINDER: Our next Friday Night Fight will be this Friday, June 5th at 515pm. The WOD will be released on our website Monday night. Choose your skill level: Black, Blue or Red, then register on MBO to reserve your spot! Our 515pm and 615pm classes on Friday are canceled.
