Cool shot of a cool guy making a tough movement look easy. Tim is a great person who also happens to be a top notch athlete. He’s skilled and strong, has a great engine, and has the mental fortitude to push himself to the limit whenever he’s in the mood. He’s the first to lend a helping hand to a fellow athlete, and the first to crack a joke at the coach’s expense ? I still remember the first day I met Tim in the office, but it also feels like he’s been here forever because he’s such a pillar of our CFHSV community. Love Tim and all he adds to our gym!

Tim getting upside down on that rope to reach the rafters. There isn’t anything Tim can’t do In the gym. He’s skilled, strong, smart, and it’s all driven with that maple leaf stamina. Tim knows how to train his fitness and also have a good time with his friends. He’s quick with a joke and even quicker to help someone else. He’s also the father of Colin who has a 305lb snatch. All the credit goes to the father. Nice snatch Tim

I've been mentoring Tim at the back of the gym for years and now he's setting the bar on wods every day for the old man group. Great dude, good friend to all. Only thing I can't understand is why he loves a cold Mich Ultra with lime so much....
