Syd the kid! Sydney is another young phenom sent from Crossfit Kids that has spectacular form, lots of fight, and a great attitude. She’s got a rad family that all throw down at CFHSV and she’s added to the gym. Keep it up Youngblood!

I couldn’t be more proud of this one. She inspires me every day and keeps me motivated! She kills me on snatches but I still got her on deadlifts. At least for now...

Heck yeah! I absolutely love watching this young stud throw down. Sydney has beautiful form, moves well, and is willing to push herself deep into the pain cave. One of my favorite memories from the Open this year was watching Sydney absolutely sell out on 19.1. Can’t wait to watch the rest of her CrossFit journey! ?
