Lookin tough and focused Maryssa. Maryssa has become a seasoned CrossFitter after years of consistency. She’s well rounded and has balance between strength, skill, and endurance. Maryssa looking poised and focused like she could hold that KB all day long. She is tough as they come and it’s always fun to watch her and her crew team up for partner WODs. Maryssa is strong and skilled. She’s been working her butterfly pull-ups religiously and they are looking awesome! She’s coachable and not afraid to do things slow and right in order to lay a solid foundation to build on. She’s got a perfect balance of focus and fun and it works!
