12:25 @ Rx 65# but had to scale the box jumps to step ups since I don't have a box (oh darn)

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Crossfit Huntsville coaches. Nathaniel, Mandee, Misty, Bailey, Bradley, Dustin, and Brian, you guys are some of the most dedicated and hard working people I know. Thank you for all the encouragement and putting up with me. I’m pretty sure when I drove by Saturday night I saw tents in your parking lot like a Black Friday event for checking out equipment on Sunday morning. People love you guys and so do the Coopers. Keep it up.

4+22 scaled but decided to finish anyways because why not...17:19. Scaled to 65# and 20" being the first day using real equipment in a while.

4+11 brought home 35# plates so did the SDHP at 115# and used the kids toy chest for my box jumps and could only get it to 20” in height. Thanks for letting us bring the gym home with us!! CFHSV rocks!!
