Mitch! This guy has springs in his shoes! Every time we have box jump overs, he glides all the way over the box with ease. Very few people can pull this off as smoothly as he does! Mitch is an all around athlete and quietly puts up big scores all the time. He’s laid back and always kind. He’s also a skilled crossfitter who has a solid foundation throughout all movements. Awesome guy and awesome athlete!

Mitch is a natural athlete who moves well and always makes tough things look easy. He’s been showing out at CFHSV for forever, and he’s always been kind and friendly. He’s got a quiet, easy going way about him that’s all his own. He’s skilled and athletic, sneaky strong, and a seasoned lifter. A hard working athlete who is truly a great person, too.
