WOD: A. Bench Press: 3-3-3-3-3 E2:30MOM Immediately after last set, strip off weights and perform max reps barbell bench press B. Complete the following for time of: Run 1200m with one 24kg/16kg Kettlebell RX+ 32kg/24kg *Catch* EMOM perform 10 KBS (the KBS do not start until the 1st minute has elapsed)

Last year 14:61 with blue KBS (I think that is 12g?)
This year 24:00 Rx 16g
Bench press 75#-85#-85#-85#-85# (failed on last rep)
My last recorded 1RM was 85# so I'm happy! But I still hate bench press

B.Last year this WOD about killed me and I swore I would never do it again! I wrote 24ish RX as my time in my book.
This year - 17:36 RX Was still terrible, but I didn't want to die!

B. 19:44 Rx - did the first lap with a 24kg and it just about killed me! Had to trade it in for a 16kg
