She ain’t just a poster girl on the back wall. Tracy is the real deal and a real friend to everyone who needs one. She’s been CrossFitting a long time and has shown dedication to her health and consistency in her training. She’s my homegirl and she is a part of what makes CFHSV what it is.

Tracy, you train smarter than most anyone I know and you're truly dedicated to every facet of your health. Best of all, this girl is a wise soul and a great confidant, the kind of friend who will intervene when you're doing something ridiculous, and smack you around when you're making a big deal out of nothing.
