Core Development: 25-50 GHD sit-ups or military ab-mat sit-ups anchored 25-50 hip extensions accumulate 2 minutes high plank hold with 1 push-up every 10 seconds 25 reverse rower tucks

A: 165×7, 205×5, 225×4, 235×2, 225×4 Thought I might be able to start squatting again. Extremely uncomfortable.
B: 11:48 RXd with Row 500, 5 MU (ring), 10 Thrust 115
C: Core Development Complete Did the whole 2min at the end and got a good burn and shaking body.
