A: 165×7, 205×5, 225×4, 235×2, 225×4 Thought I might be able to start squatting again. Extremely uncomfortable.
B: 11:48 RXd with Row 500, 5 MU (ring), 10 Thrust 115
C: Core Development Complete Did the whole 2min at the end and got a good burn and shaking body.

A. 175-205-235(3)255-x squats were squirrly for me,squatting as low as I could.
B. 15:45, scaled to 5 ctb attempts and 5 thruster at 125#
