Lisa and Robert going hard as usual. Lisa and Robert are another power couple that keep each other going. They joined CFHSV not long ago and it’s obvious they’ve been maintaining their fitness through CrossFit before they got here. They haven’t skipped a beat since joining. Lisa and Robert are the real deal…keep showing out!
