Thursday, November 23: All classes cancelled. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Friday, November 24: Three classes at 8am, 9am, and 10am. All other classes cancelled. We will NOT have childcare.

Saturday, November 25: Annual Iron Bowl WOD at 8am, 9am and 10am. All other classes and Open Gym cancelled. We will NOT have childcare.

Check out my Man! Landon has shown the same fight, energy, and genuine passion that he had when I met him 30 years ago. He coached, parented, and befriended me that many years ago and it’s been such an honor and pleasure to have him at CFHSV and see him exhibit the same personhood throughout those years…that ain’t easy or normal. Landon’s a pro…at anything he chooses to do. He’s taken to CrossFit and the mentality it takes to maintain one’s ability to keep moving with purpose and longevity like the natural he’s always been. Love ya Landon and you’re still inspiring me 30 years later. See ya tomorrow at the gym

A few weeks ago I was able to go to the lunch class and it happened to be a pretty small class. We were all waiting for the brief and Landon looked around and quietly said, "well it's standing room only today." 😆 I so appreciate Landon's sense of humor, his kindness, and his encouragement. It makes me happy to see him walking through those garage doors, and he's looking stronger and fitter every time I see him 💪

Landon! The man, the myth, the legend! I am so lucky to have met this man because he is truly inspiring. He always has the best attitude and ready to throw down each and every time he walks into the gym. He pushes himself and challenges himself daily. I always enjoy my conversations with Landon. Yes sir! A great photo of Landon working hard and pushing his limits. That’s one special man right there, and anyone who has the pleasure of knowing him feels the same way. He’s got a great attitude, a sneaky sense of humor, and is always a pleasure to be around. He’s kind and generous, and has been that way for as far back as I can remember. I’m so impressed with his initiative to focus on his health and fitness, and it’s beyond awesome to watch him working hard daily to reach his goals. Keep after it, Landon!
