Kaylo dialed in, locked out, and always ready! Kaylo knows how to toss weight around and strive for the standard at all times. Kaylo has been an awesome addition to CFHSV. She’s made her way from the courts, sets, and spikes to the Box, with lifts, and WODs. Kaylo is quiet but always has a fire burning. Always enjoy seeing her push herself on lifts, burn out WODs, and make the most of each trip to the gym. Keep up the hard work young lady! 😊

Kaylo looking focussed and in the zone! This young stud knows how to work hard and push herself. She's been friendly and humble since her first class, and she's got a "can do" attitude and is full of determination. She can move weight, has solid technique, and continues to improve in all areas of her fitness. She's got a quiet way about her, but she brings the heat when it's time to throw down.
