Thomas is as good a person you’ll find at CFHSV. He’s genuine to the bone, always kind and polite, and got jokes and encouragement for anyone. He’s also about his fitness and able to anything he wants. His squat is second to no one in form and beauty, his gymnastics will leave you in awe, and his ability tango with any WOD will make you jealous. Thomas is the man!

If you have little chicken wing arms like me, 200m plate overhead is BY FAR hardest/longest part.
