Trent lookin ripped, in control, and showing the standard. Nice swing there! Trent is as laid back as they come and he’s a natural athlete who’s always impressed. He’s full of laughs, smiles and good spirit, and when he’s in the game he’s showin out. Trent can down play his abilities and be self deprecating with his humor but the truth is - he’s a CrossFitting Stud any day of the week. It’s always a better gym when Trent’s in the building

Trent looking like a total pro, showing off that picture perfect form and as always, holding the standard. This guy is a natural athlete who moves well and works hard. He’s got a great sense of humor, is always up for a good laugh, and is as easy going as they come. He’s full of positive energy and always has a great attitude and a super friendly demeanor. Love having Trent for any WOD he can make it to! He makes any class a little more fun 😄
