40:26 RX - 9:22 improvement over my June 15th 'Kelly'.

Kelly will always hold a special place in my heart... it was the first WOD I did after my 101, almost a year ago to the day. I did almost no physical activity my entire life prior, so Kelly was a bit of a shock :)

I'm thankful every day for CFHSV and the positive impact all of you (coaches and athletes) have had on my life. Can't wait for year two!

After looking for my last "Kelly" time I found it on 10-14-13... The day before I had Brecken. It took me 35 minutes to complete four rounds .... What a difference a year and a baby make!
