CFHSV's annual 'Barbell 4 Boobs' fundraising event is this coming Saturday. This event is for a most important cause that brings awareness to breast cancer and those impacted as well as raising funds for early detection through screenings for those that otherwise would go without. Let's raise awareness, knowledge, and funds to aide in the fight against breast cancer. And let's throw down this Saturday at 9:00 CFHSV style! Grace in Pink!!!

Love the pic and so much going on. Camaraderie, compassion, care, courage, commitment, and community. Why I love CFHSV so much.
Front Squat = 95-115-145-165-185- and I did 215 for 1 to see if I could get it. Now it was ugly but did not hurt and I barely got it, but not hurting is what I was wanting. Now tomorrow if it hurts will be the real deal.
Now life throws us curve balls and my kitchen sink garbage disposal broke/went out. So I had to fix this immediately. Anyway after a couple of intense moments between myself and the Badger 5 disposal and a trip to Lowes, I was able to put a new one in.
Now come WOD time which was now 1:05, I feel I am ready and let’s get r dun.

B) 1+32 Reps, RX ( mostly singles on pull-ups and TTB) Gonna keep working on skills and drills
