Hello Dani, I am glad you like when I am able to present Open Gym to come in and work on weakness training, skills and drills. As far as this being a set day and time that is not a constant. We do offer 9 scheduled classes daily, 3 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday and many more speciality classes like Yoga, Oly/Powerlifting, and Running and Endurance throughout the week.. As opportunities and time presents itself I will announce when I can provide Open Gym to work on weakness training, skills and drills or I may even run athletes through muscle-up/HSPU etc... workouts.
