Sabrina looking strong and focused! This lady is as consistent as anyone, and she always shows up ready to work hard. She is kind and thoughtful and always goes the extra mile for others. She's been steady and dedicated over the years, and when faced with a setback, she always rises to the challenge and stays positive. Sabrina is a friend to so many and is truly as kind and compassionate as they come. A wonderful lady and a seasoned CrossFitter who definitely makes CFHSV a better place. Keep after it, Sabrina! :)

Sabrina standing tall and waving her Murph flag at the top of the deadlift. Sabrina always shows up a little early for the 8:15 class. She gets her work done early by logging in her WOD book, getting some pointers on the WOD, greeting her friends as they enter, getting a little pre-warm up, and finding her spot in the gym. She’s a favorite of coaches and athletes alike. She’s always thinking of others and sharing her generosity, friendship, and encouragement. She’s a smart CrossFitter who occasionally likes to show out on that barbell when she’s feeling it! See ya in the morning at the gym Sabrina 😊
