WOD: "Tabata Training!" Tabata air squat to wall ball rest 1 minute Tabata pull-ups rest 1 minute Tabata push-ups hand release rest 1 minute Tabata sit-ups ab-mat unanchored rest 1 minute Tabata WBS 20/14 10'/9' rest 1 minute Tabata KBS 24kg/16kg The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the 8 intervals.

Theres a scottish games competition Sat, Oct. 5th in New Market and I'm signed up to compete. I'd love to get some other CFHSV athletes out there with me! It'll be fun! You get wear a kilt and throw stuff! I've never done it before and I'm pretty sure I'll look like a goof ball but I'm excited. You don't even have to be scottish/irish! Anyone wanna give it a try?

Strict, no thighs, no peeling push ups are no joke. Proud of my PU score=2 :-/

Poor strategy today
Squats: Shot for 15 got 15.
Pullups: Shot for 9 got 6.
Pushups: Shot for 9 got 6.
Situps: Shot for 15 got 14.
WBS: Shot for 8 got 6
KBS: Shot for 7 got 7
Next time will try 17, 8, 8, 15, 7, 9
