@ Patrick, Thanks, Stole some Naproxen from my Father and it did the trick. Still plan on going to get a deep tissue massage and chiropracter adjustment.

I think 11.2 was the first thing I've managed to do as prescribed--been through my notebook and couldn't find anything I didn't have to scale except the heavy 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 things where the weight is scaled by nature of the Rx. So, there's something to be excited about. 5+3, Rx.

Thanks for all the cheering on 11.2. Got 7 + 13. Great turnout, I hate I couldn't stay for the food. Little nugget of wisdom I wish I had yesterday: If you are going to step down off the box, alternate the leg you step down with. I have one very sore calf muscle today!
