Morning WOD: McCluskey 28:07 RX'd, but without the 20 pound vest.

Afternoon WOD: Fighting the storms and praying we don't get any more heavy rain. Never thought that with living on the side of a mountain, I'd have to worry about flooding.

A great BIG congratulations to Amanda Howard for earning her Orange Athlete Band today. Great Job and Keep it Up.

How close or far are you from getting your next Athlete Band. Check with a coach and see what you can do to get there. There are benefits (personal and gym) to achieving these colors.

Great job to everyone on the HERO WOD today. Start getting ready and stoked for the CF Open. I hope we get a lot of athletes participating and allowing us to build a Kick A Affiliate Team and Individual Regional Competitors. Back to Operation Torch writing. 38:28 scaled: rounds 2 & 3 no vest for MU's but worn for everything else. My mu's sucked horribly today. I definitely need some practice. I "broke" after round 2. Contemplated quitting. Then remembered it was a hero wod and time was irrelevant.

Very pround of Jake finishing strong Rx.

This wod broke me. I'm going to have a rematch!

RIP Sgt. McCluskey and thank you for your service.

I was thinking about getting the samba vulc .2 adidas shoe for cross fit so my arch is not as high like the shoes I have been wearing...I have been known to kick them off during class because they basically suck for the WODs. I could really use some advice here. Would it be a good our choice? Help!

I love my Pumas and they are cheap. Phil wears Sambas and really likes them for CF and they are cheap too! He also has Innovates and switches depending on the WOD.

29:21 MU transitions and burpees instead of burpee pullups...the rain felt great
