Good Job to everyone on their date with "Barbara" Like I said she is one Bad B, I mean benchmark girl.
Time as RXd = 2:55, 2:56, 2:56, 2:57, 3:02 Total time counting breaks = 26:48
All unbroken until last set of push-ups. Almost stayed sub 3s. Hurts to know this after it was over. Every second counts.

Keep on working those Double-Unders everyone. Once again in closing I was very pleased with everyone's output on their date with Barbara. Keep striving for elite fitness. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive!

Made this up from a hotel fitness room in downtown Austin

32:28 total (5:07, 6:33, 6:43, 7:06. 6:55), but didn't rest at all between rounds (extra layer of suffering)
