Today at a sporting competition, I became aware of some scripture that I feel is pretty relevant to CFers and thought I would share with you as it toched me.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20

Lactate Burn: My mom use to recite that scripture to us when we use to watch horror movies and Again when I was older and started drinking!!! Haha
