0730: 8.5 mile trail run on McKay Hollow Course (1:45:05). Climbed Warpath Ridge, then hit McKay Hollow and the "death march" out. I don't know what sick twisted mind decided to make that a "trail" but it was fun. :)

Hspu were difficult after benchpress yesterday. Strict through 5 rounds, kipped last 2 rounds
