previous 1rm was 185 so 190 for 3 is a win. I got 200 for 2 as well.

Previous one rep max was 85 so I'm stoked with that.
Also got my first two pull-ups today (Jake said I got one the other...and I believe him...but I'm a skeptic, lol). So, it was a good CF day!

Very humbled and encouraged at the same time after this WOD. Humbled that the winning master's time was about half of my time and encouraged to think I can continue to improve and PR until I'm in in the master's age division.
