Feeling tired but like I'm learning a lot as I challenge myself with these hard A wod's .

1pm: 7:45/92
2pm: 6:27, scaled to 1.5 pood
3pm: 12 + 7 Rx'd
I'm worked, especially my hamstrings. I needed this though, miss those days of all day workouts.
