Just a reminder, I will host an open gym session today from 12 noon to 1:00PM. If you have any skills, movements, or drills you would like to work on or would just like to come in and do your own WOD, come on in.
This open gym will require you to have an Orange-level wristband or higher to attend.

I made a comment on your post from yesterday that I think you need to be aware of. You can find it there.

It really was a great morning this morning!
I loved being there with CFHSV peeps who really took this matter to heart, and supported Lindsey in running for a cause that is special to her.
Unofficial time (And, I WILL correct this time if the official time is indeed slower-no sandbagging or making up PRs for me....)
30:20-Tough to say if this is a PR since the CC course is so different. For a street race, I think this is a PR. But regardless, I still have a goal of a sub 30 5K, and this goal remains even after today.

I would like to personally note:
“The Cost of Coaching, is Priceless!”
Just when you think you are dialed in and solid by training in your garage or on your own in the CFHSV box, a coaches eye can quickly identify areas that need improvement.
Thanks Jake for coaching my Snatch Balances. Thank you Josh for coaching my Clean and Jerks.
Once again great job to all that supported the Liz Hurley Run today. I am very proud of you.
Everyday we will work to achieve elite fitness via CFHSV. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive!

I'm always up for a good 5K or 10K run, especially when it supports a cause that means so much to one of our teammates. I appreciate that all the money raised from this race is spent locally.
