Yesterday's poll results are in-

out of 60 votes... 5 people said "no" Coaches shouldn't be on the leaderboard. What is more telling is that none of these people cared to share their opinions on the website with us!

The surprising part of all this to me is that I really didn't expect anyone to want to see my scores up on the leaderboard. Alright Dennis, time for us to break out the notebooks I guess.

Kerri took me out on the cross country course today..finished in a little under 33 minutes. Nothing like speed racer Tracey's time but felt pretty good about it. This is my first time out on a cc course...I was about 3 minutes over my normal road running time. Needless to say i about passed out when I saw the hill of terror....thanks for pushing me Kerri!

Hilton globo wod. 400 M sprint, 25 set ups, 25 DB Push ups....4 rounds. I have no idea because someone got on my treadmill while I was doing sit ups and push ups. Daahhhhh!

For the peoples that haven't had a date with her get ready! Make sure you are well rested, well fed, and well hydrated. Oh yeah. Make plans for some hand protection also. Eva has been known to rip the flesh off of your hands. She's a nasty one!

Everything KLowe said and then some. Come ready and warmed up, I want to give everyone adequate time to finish as it can take awhile. Sub 40 is a good time, sub 50 is not bad either just to give you a taste. Jeremy Thiel hit a 36:43. Hydrate, Hydrate, and shave those hand corns :) Not too deep the day prior!
