Dennis, Thanks for a great muscle up clinic! So much helpful information, no matter what phase of the muscle up progression your in. Im so close I can taste it. This week I hope to get it.
Katie is really close too! We need more ladies with mu's from our box. WOOT!
Practice and consistancy is a must, like Dennis said.

Great MU clinic today! I linked 6 which is a pr, I also did a couple of strict MUs, which I've never done. Dennis, as always, excelled as a coach!

Awesome workout today. Did a PR on the thruster! 145, not too bad for a geezer! Couldn't stay for the whole MU clinic but learned some basic stuff to build on. Thanks Dennis!
