Have you considered an 0600 or 0700 on Saturdays?

Anyone know of a good alternative to HSPU? My shoulder says,"lol, u mad bro." Debating whether a single barbell press would be okay as long as the grip isn't too wide. I have a max of 175 on it.

Actually I was looking at it wrong. 4 reps instead of 1.

the scale will be bodyweight handstand hold for a count of 5 seconds, then 4 dumbbell strict press.

Yall missed a great cooking demo last night. Definitely, the ultimate cheat meal. I actually started sweating while eating the Crispy Cream donut bread pudding. Freaking awesome!

I must admit that I was most proud of the three cheese Mac and cheese. That stuff is legit.

Finished the Heel and Crank Duathlon in just under 1:20, 4th in my age group I believe. Thank you Crossfit for taking me to a whole new level. I used to compete just to finish, now I'm actually competing to win!!

I just wanted to say GREAT JOB to everyone who took a crack at Nate. Also, great work today at the pull up clinic. Several people got their first kpu or linked them for the first time!!! I just want everyone to stay focused and positive on those pull ups. It takes time and practice. Everyone should have left with an area to focus on, as their homework. Once you've gotten that step down, move to the next.
Great Job again!

Got 6+8ish (unsure how to count the MU and HSPU scales). Guess I did too much overhead last week, couldn't get a HSPU in warmup, which was a bummer. For some reason kettlebell swings wreak utter havoc on me, so those were scaled to 1.5p. Seems like I spent a disproportionate time that, and only dropped it once. Good pull-up workshop even though I didn't have much left in my arms and shoulders after Nate.
