Couldn't be more proud of everyone that came out today for the Affiliate THROWDOWN. Everyone worked hard and gave it their all. I am truly honored and blessed to be apart of such a fantastic community and Gym.
The effort from everyone today was nothing short of inspiring and you should all be very proud of your performance regardless the outcome.
Once again thanks to all of the Coaches and competitors from CFI for making this event possible. You guys did a fantastic job!
For those that did not attend and have not heard, here is the final score.

I would also like to thank everybody that helped from all the set-up, tear down, clean up, competitors, judges, team leaders, coaches, spectators, volunteers, motivators, and just down to the earth great people. I am very thankful and so happy to get to compete and have fun with fellow CrossFitters. Thanks CFI and CFHSV, all of you are awesome and great athletes.

Agreed!! It all felt like chaos, but, in a comforting 'organized chaos' kinda way!!!
Kudos to all who, like Larry said, kept the train on the track!!
I had a friend visiting from B'ham, who JUST STARTED CF last week, and he leaned over to me and said, "He's GOT to be a Drill Sergeant....Is he?" Classic Okie DB in his 'weekend element'.....Great job!

I agree with Kerri. I feel alot closer to everyone at the gym now. The camaraderie and motivation from CFHSV was encouraging and contagious, so much so that both of my brothers that were there for support now want in on the crossfit community. Keep up the great work everyone and our coaches freakin ROCK!
